“Ordered online as I knew what I wanted, and Collected myself as I work so delivery could have been a problem. Happy with the price. Took about a week to be ready but as I was planning ahead this wasn't a problem.”

“Quality of product, and speed of delivery was good. They adjusted the dimensions on one pane without issue. Good service. Instruction videos on website helped. I worried about cutting the perspex (to fit gothic windows), but it was actually quite easy.”

“Using the on-line ordering facility I provided the dimensions of the sheet sizes I required and thicknes . It was a leap of faith and I do not know what I was anxious about. This company provided me with a very competitive quote for my order which I accepted and paid up front. They confirmed when the order was ready and when FREE delivery would be made. I was amazed at the response and quality. Well done. 10/10.”

“pieces were roughly 3mm overcut in each direction, so i will have to trim them down which all the more difficult because it's just 3mm. otherwise, was well packaged, received in good time, and i guess i'd rather they be cut too larger rather than too small.”

“A good company to deal with, my only issue is the turn around/ delivery time, nearly a week (obviously they do tell you that in advance) but in this day and age 24-72hrs is fair delivery time. Whenever I had an issue they have dealt with it professionally and no drama. I would definitely use them again and would recommend mend them. Cut Plastic-Please look into faster delivery times 🙏🏼”

“Bought a sheet of clear acrylic to replace a garage window pane. The price was good and cut exactly as requested. Delivery was quick enough however the driver from DX had zero care for the large box with fragile printed all over it. It was damaged and had other boxes on top and I watched the driver drag it out his van whilst throwing other packages off it. Thankfully well protected inside with bubble wrap so plastic didn't suffer same fate as the cardboard!”
