“I have recently placed 3 orders with cut plastic sheeting. The product is good and the packing was excellent. However, on all 3 orders, the delivery was late. That is outside the stated working days. I rang up about two of the orders asking about delivery and it was obvious that this occurred frequently. I have been promised two refunds of the extra payments I made for 3-5 days of delivery, but have not seen any rebates yet. I suggest that the stated delivery terms for cut plastic sheeting need to be reviewed.”

“Ordered a large polycarbonate mirror. It arrived after a longer period than expected having paid for earlier dispatch (was only dispatched after I chased up the order). It also had some scratches, which I was willing to overlook; however, despite mounting on a flat plasterboard wall the mirror is horribly distorted. Customer service is dreadful, I've yet to receive a response to a request for advice either by email or by phone and its been 5 days since my original message.”

“Ordering was a doddle. However, no automatic invoice so wasn't sure my order had went through. Had to phone to confirm but phone was disconnected for a couple of days. Foamex was perfect.”

“Ordered some cut to size pvc cream coloured lengths to recover kitchen unit plinths... exactly what I wanted. Wasn't in a hurry for delivery and arrived undamaged and very well packaged...would definitely recommend.”

“I needed a square of flexible sheet plastic cut to act as an internal support for a flexible chimney flue. As there is a fixed small job charge I also ordered some additional plastic parts and beech plywood disks so I was paying for parts rather than the small job charge. The ordering system is bit cumbersome to use as it returns to the default page order settings, so it's easy to make an error, as I did. However, a quick email and that was corrected. Parts were delivered very carefully wrapped. Would use the service again.”

“This is the first time I had bought Diabond from these guys only a small piece for a small project, the price was great, after-sales too they rang me the day before to double-check the address and post code, and delivered when asked for, can recommend them and will use again.”

“Nothing wrong with the product or the service but the delivery guys need educating.The package was left on the door step severely damaged and the driver disappeared before I could inspect. Thanks to Cut Plastic sheeting for their concern and speed of replacement. The replacement sheet, although not damaged, was also left on the doorstep with no chance of an inspection before the driver dissapeared. Product and service excellent. Delivery not so.Ray”
