“The item never arrived and no one communicated back that it was not going to be sent. Numerous emails were sent whereby I was even once told it was dispatched that day for next day delivery… which never happened. Then all of a sudden received a refund email after 2 weeks of order date. Appalling service - don’t order from here!!!!”

“I bought the pink medium-sized dog bed. Generally very happy with the product, however the zip is on the front of the bed, meaning you see it if the bed is turned with the name front on. This is a real frustration to me so majorly lets the product down. If the zip were on the back of the bed (where it should be!) then I'd be giving 5 stars.”
