“Very poor quality. Personalised Harry Potter towels. Sent Custom Gifts photos they said they couldn't see what was wrong and the pile would settle once washed (it didn't). The pile was bobbled told it was because of the process used to do personalisation. The pile was bobbled, even after being washed. Offered full refund, told to cut towels in half and send photo. I felt this option totally wasteful so accepted part refund and keep towels. Couldn't give as presents as was my intention.”

Hi Marie, thanks for your honest feedback. I am so sorry you are not happy with the towel you received. Mistakes do happen, but I do understand that our team tried to offer a replacement or refund so I do hope you can appreciate we have tried to resolve your complaint. Licensed items do need to be destroyed prior to the refund being actioned unfortunately as this is part of the licencing agreement. I do agree that it is wasteful so we will pass your feedback onto the licence holder to see if they will reconsider in future. I do hope this is okay. “Received my memory blankets in super fast time. Beautifully done. Only downfall was I ordered 2 blankets at the same time, same address but I had to pay for 2 separate deliveries.”
