“Item arrived on time. It's quite a lightweight towel but that isn't necessarily a problem when trying to keep weight down on a flight, which is what this beach towel was bought for. Happy with the custom design quality”

“Ordered Mothers Day gift, courier provided no update had to chase Custom twice. Finally had the gift resent after Mother’s Day but there was no apology or empathy. I did actually question at one point if they existed.”
