“Purchased a large personalised England flag for a trip to Wembley with our under 11’s Football Team. Easy to use online system to add our team name and team shield. Excellent quality, had eyelets for tying ropes on the corners to fasten which was needed. Contacted Custom Gifts because our flag was not going to arrive in time for the game but they were excellent and expedited our order and changed the delivery courier so that we got it in time for Wembley. Thank you Joe for your help, hanging our flag at Wembley was a massive highlight for our team and i would highly recommend Custom Gifts.”

“The blanket is perfect and great customer service. I purchased a personalised blanket to be put in my Dad's coffin with him. I emailed and explained the circumstances and that I needed the blanket by a certain date and they was really fast at replying to me and very quick delivery. Would 100% recommend. Thank you so much!”

“2 jars of personalised Mother’s Day marmite both arrived with very wonky labels which had creased and ripped in places as a result. One of the boxes was also damaged. I put in a complaint as they weren’t cheap, and were for display in a collection and a gift, and today received replacements which are much better (although one is a different design to the original order) Issue rectified by replacements, but still rather expensive for what they are.”

“I ordered a gift for my daughters first Mother's Day for 19th March. The money was taken out very quickly, but no progress with the order for days. I rang quite a few times asking how the order was going. One person said they didn't have the canvases in stock and was waiting for a delivery. Another person said that it had been printed and they would get back to me to let me know what's happening. They got back to me and said that they still haven't got the canvases in stock and wouldn't be ready to be sent out for Mother's Day. I had to request a refund and go else where for a gift at the last minute. A very poor service. I won't be ordering from this company again.”
