“Awful customer service, no accountability taken for a poor quality item, just blamed me providing a low resolution image, which I had no idea was a low quality image. I have involved trading standards now due to this companies low quality attitude”

“The large red bus is wonderful, and we are sure that a little girl will be thrilled when Father Christmas delivers it to her on Christmas Day. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the delivery driver for going above and beyond to ensure that we received our package.”

I can see your order was made on the evening of the 5th December and was printed and dispatched within 3 working days ahead of our published turnaround times. “Super service I ordered for the first time from customgifts.co.uk I ordered a 150cm by 100cm personalised England football flag/banner. I placed the order on the Sunday afternoon, and, after receiving a couple of order acknowledgement emails, Yodel emailed me to say the flag would be delivered on the Friday. Not bad, I thought, delivery 5 working days after I placed the order. However, the order was not delivered on the Friday, it was delivered on the Wednesday, the 3rd working day after the order was placed. The design was exactly as I had ordered (which in itself was an easy process to design the personalised flag) and the quality of both the material and colouring is excellent. Super service, great product at an unbeatable price.”

“When I made the order I was unsure on how the design was gonna come out, however I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as It is exactly how I wanted it. Excellent job I’m very happy with it and have already recommended to a mate as he’s also looking to buy a flag. Great job guys 👍🏻”
