“We lined our new shower with hard coated 5mm panels. It was the luxury option and quite expensive, but well worth it as the result is a joy every morning. The printed sandwich construction gives a very pleasing effect. They arrived on time very well packed, exactly to size, and CS did indeed refund the sample cost. With a corner joiner it was easy to achieve a perfect finish.”

“Product Smokey Grey Mirror Splash-back (more like black plastic! Not glass!) Not good! Awaiting refund and product now removed from their site! Dear Custom Splashbacks. Having received the splashbacks yesterday these were also fitted and allowed to cure overnight, however on removing the protective paper on mirror today it is evident that they are of very poor quality in respect of being badly warped, plus imperfections with warping within splashback and looking more like something you would find at a circus funfair as they are so badly warped reduce you to more of a comedy mirror seeing you go from fat to thin etc. I have attached pictures but it is hard to capture the imperfections, but you can see from reflections that the door lines are warped and the fat to thin instance when you move along. I am extremely disappointed with the splashbacks and have no option but to try remove them as it makes the newly bespoke fitted kitchen look cheap and nasty! I can confirm that the walls are flat having been newly plastered plus silicone/adhesive was applied in level equal quantities, however the effect is as mentioned ridiculous and need removing somehow, I'm sure this will damage the plaster trying to achieve this! With this I would like your urgent advice and action in regard to a solution, either refund or replacement however having seen the product I am sure they will be as bad again! Hi Hope you’re well. I am sorry that you have not had a response to your email – we were investigating the issue on our end. It does look like the product is prone to show imperfections with pressure spots. We have since removed the product from our website as it’s not something we are happy with and want to associate our premium range with. We will process a refund for the order back into your paypal account Still awaiting refund!?”

“Lovely product (aluminium splashback), and delivered quickly. Delivery company mangled it, so it needed replacing. Sent photos, and a replacement was sent out the next day with no quibbles. So good customer service.”

“Placed order via the website,which was simple and painless then I called the next day to verify order. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone so we are doing great so far. Delivery was to be 3 working days to the Scottish Highlands and free....doing even better. 740 am on the day of delivery I got the requested call 1 hour prior to delivery to state they are on their way. 140 cm by 140cm package, timber framed with plenty bubble wrap then tacky covering over the face of the splashback all in undamaged condition. I would definitely use them again,as every part of their service has been spot on!!”
