“Our splashback arrived damaged, but because we didn't open the package within 24 hours we were refused a refund. Our house was a building site at the time and the builders didn't open it straightaway as they were not working on the kitchen yet. The 24 hour rule for refunds is unfair and ridiculous, and was incredibly frustrating to happen during a stressful renovation. We will never buy anything from Custom Splashbacks.”

“I called the office for guidance about the splashback, as there is a piece of plastic that needs to be removed before placing the splashback in its location. They were very helpful in guiding me and attending to my call.”

“Overall satisfied with my splashback, the matte finish looks very polished. I had expected rounded edges (my understanding from ordering is this was default and I didn't have an option to add this during ordering) but edges were cut straight. Communication was clear and updates on my order were timely. All in all, happy with the end result.”
