“Curtains are good quality and perfect fit. A bit disappointed with the tie backs as they are too big for the curtains. Have to wrap them round twice. Would expect the tie backs to be size proportionate to the made to measure curtains.”

“Lovely well made blind, have purchased many blinds online for our new house and the quality of this blind was by far the best. Also had a bed runner made in the same material and again I was very pleased with the quality of the finish. All came well packaged within agreed timescale.”

“The curtains and blinds and poles were all of a very high standard. The were beautifully packed and arrived when they were promised. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to lack of advice about measuring of the blinds. There is a page deeply buried on their website with advice. We did not see that until it was too late. But on the actual form you fill out, there should be a reminder to deduct 10 cm for the overall width of the blind. We did not and it took my husband the entire weekend to get the blinds to fit. It was an ordeal! It would be so helpful to repeat that advice on the order form where everyone wpuld clearly see it.”

I'm sorry, you did not see the notes giving you guidance on measuring for Roman Blinds, they are located at the bottom of the page, along with all the other measuring and fitting guides we have. We recommend that all customers use them, To familiarise themselves with what measurements we need, before they order their made to measure curtains/blinds. If anyone is unsure on what measurements are needed? Please read the guides located at the bottom right hand side of our webpage, next to our contact details. There are useful gudidence videos to watch too. This is what we say on Measuring and fitting Roman blinds:- "Correctly measured and fitted roman blinds can give your room a lovely contemporary finish, and our expert video guide will show you how to complete this process step by step. Note: If you are fitting your roman blinds inside of the window recess, we recommend that your wall to wall width measurement is taken from the top and bottom of the window (as they can sometimes differ), and deduct 1cm from the smallest width." ****PLEASE DO NOT DEDUCT 10CM**** I think this is a typo by Susan. If you had of got in touch with us, we could of helped, and made the blind smaller for you. I'm sorry your poor husband had his whole weekend taken up. We will take your comments on board, and hope this will not put you off using our made to measure service again. I hope that your curtains and roman blind all look great in situ at home with you. “On point of ordering I was told by tele sales that I could use my own cassette, subsequently the cascade blinds that I ordered did not have the correct drop that I specified. Tele sales should know that your in house cassettes may differ from clients. Problem resolved by my having to send my cassette and blind to you to use as a template. Also, the pattern on the top panels of blinds were mis-aligned resulting in half a red flower on one side and a full red one on the right side. I viewed this as poor workmanship and had to return them to you to be redone correctly. Even when I placed the order and checked the details I found that the wrong fabric had been typed on. Over the weeks I made numerous calls and emails, some of which were ignored.”

Hi Carol, thank you for your feedback. At the point of ordering your request was to have pleat sizes on your roman blind the same as your current blinds - we accommodated this as best as we could - we chatted on 5 occasions after this and established that the pleat sizes differed slightly due to your original blinds being a different length to the new ones ordered with us - your cassette/headrail system was the same as the ones we provide. We collected the blinds, re-made them at the length of your old blinds, to ensure the pleats were exactly the same as your old blinds and also moved the fabric to ensure the pattern was also where you wanted it to be and re-delivered on your requested delivery date. We are sorry that you have found it necessary to give us a poor review - we do hope that all of your items are looking great - Curtains, Cushions and Roman Blinds.
