“Excellent service and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this company and will be telling everyone I know. The girls couldn't have been more helpful and kept me informed about what was happening with my order. The price was so competitive they've blown everyone else out of the water. Delivery was smooth and problem free with the curtains well wrapped to protect from damage. Returns?? I wouldn't want to return my beautifully made curtains thank you very much!! What a gem of a find....”

“Was a bit apprehensive about ordering online, but Trustpilot reviews were very good so I decided to go ahead. I ordered 2 roman blinds and a cushion and the quality of all three items is really very good. The fabric is patterned and whoever made the blinds has matched the pattern so they are the same on each blind which looks great as the windows are next to one another. My only negative would be that the chrome pulleys on the blinds look a bit cheap and the mechanishm are a bit rattly when you pull the blinds up. This is compared to several other blinds I have which cost over twice the price of these, so you get what you pay for. For the price though they are excellent and unless you want to pay a lot more for quieter pulleys and better quality chrome cords, then I would definitely recommend them. The cushion is beautifully made. Delivery was 2-3 weeks earlier than expected.”

“Once again fantastic service from this company. Ordering was easy online. Would recommended drawstring preparation service which made hanging pencil pleat curtains very easy. Quality of product outstanding, especially the placement of curtain on the large patterned fabric. Appreciated telephone call to check correct address. Delivery well within estimate given when order submitted. Excellent, will definately be getting my next order”

“I received my velvet curtains today after a long wait but I am very disappointed with them , the print on the design I have on my bedspread is very vibrant orange pink and blue but the curtains are very insipid when held up , if I turn them upside down they are very vibrant, the colour I want, after talking with someone in the shop I was told the nap is the right way , I agreed , but why is it printed with the vibrant colour upside down. I gave three stars for quality and pattern matching .”

Thanks for your review Pamela, we are sorry that your chosen fabric is not as expected, which is why we do recommend that a fabric sample is ordered prior to ordering made to measure items. The printed velvet is always printed with the velvet pile running smooth down, the fabric you have chosen is such a lovely one - it may well be that when you hang the curtains the fabric pile and colours will catch the light etc but we couldn't guarantee that it will be the same as your cotton bedspread as this is not velvet.
