“Very pleased with the curtains and cushion covers. The only shame is l had to wait a long time for the free sample to arrive. Took a gamble on my choice of material from the website and ordered the curtains etc. But gladly my choice worked out and extremely pleased. SH”

Samples can sometimes take a wee longer to arrive as we are relying on the fabric company to send to us, they can be out of stock, so we apologise for the delay, but this was out of our control. I'm glad your gamble worked out, as this fabric is fabulous! and hope worth the wait. "Paradiso Sunset " fabric by Clarke and Clarke. “I was sent the Wrong curtain track. I emailed and had an reply from Kay in customer services to say sorry and another one would be sent out. Received the new one today. Excellent customer service.”

“Fantastic service, choose the fabric I wanted, entered the measurements and 3 weeks later my curtains turned up, delivered by DHL. They are of a high standard, look great in our hallway. Would highly recommend.”

“Today I received my order of 5 pairs curtains and 3 Roman blinds and 8 poles were delivered the previous week, for us to put up before curtains arrived. From start to finish the processes were superb. The curtains and blinds have now been hung and they look fantastic. A special mention must go to Kay who answered a few queries of mine in a quick and efficient manner. Thank you very much!”
