“I've had curtains and blinds from this company and all have been lovely and well made. I sent for numerous swatches for both and there was never a problem. Delivery was when they said it would be. Very happy with them and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Nice curtains but a little disappointed with the length, they seemed shorter and not quite level. Also not very heavy so I had to inset weights in the hem. We measured the curtains so they would be slightly longer. The have dropped a little now over the past week or so.”

“I was very impressed. The curtains were well made and the curtain samples came very quickly. Have done two bedrooms just deciding on colour for living room. Would highly recommend them.”

“Custom made curtains were delivered in the right material, but wrong colour with tiebacks that were correct so didn't match. Origionally I was told that I was wrong and it was just 'the light' then finally they admitted it was a different colour and refused to re-make them claiming that there could be 'dye differences' ie. all if the colours provided and samples can't be trusted. I ordered several samples again and they were all the same as the fabric that I wanted, but they claimed there was nothing they could do as they obviously did not want to re-make the curtains so only offered 15% off. After a lot of pushing this was increased to 40%, but no attempt was made to correct the clear fault and the fabric is still on sale. Customer service is very bad.”

“A very competitive price, well made , good service I have ordered this year several blinds of which ,were well made, with clear fitting instructions, The resent order for curtains were also good value ,and delivered as stated on time. A good company to deal with.”

“I'm so sorry but the curtains I bought are presently sitting in the cupboard. I ordered a sample and it was lovely and I must say, so were the curtains when they arrived. When I put them on the Windows, however, they didn't look right at all. At a cost of over £230 I was more than disappointed. I obviously didn't get the colour or pattern right. Sorry the comment isn't more positive but as the curtains are made to measure I appreciate they cannot be returned. They are beautifully made and hang so well, so fed up that I didn't get it right.”
