“Worst worst worst customer service ever received. Ordered made to measure curtains that they made too short, I've been passed around pillar to post saying they would send out replacements. Hasn't happened. No one knows what's going on. The team obviously don't talk to each other and they defiantly don't respond to any of my emails. Only rating 2 stars because the fabric I ordered is good quality. Never ever ever using this company again.”

“Very happy with this company. There was a huge choice of fabrics available and easy to follow instructions for measuring to ensure a perfect fit! Customer service department great too - they sorted out a problem with the delivery courier promptly and efficiently despite the fact that it wasn't directly in their control. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.”
