“I was very impressed by the service provided by curtains2go. I initially asked for 5 material samples which were delivered in a day, I had a query regarding the linings which I emailed customer services about and got a response within half an hour, I placed my order and received my curtains within 10 days. I received email notifications during the process to update on progress, estimated delivery dates etc. When the curtains arrived they were delivered by courier and were well packaged. Only slight downside was that they required a lot of ironing, predominantly owing to the type of material but also from being so tightly packaged. I have already recommended curtains2go to friends and family, one of whom has just placed their first order!”

“Just so disappointed as this was my first time to purchase curtains online. I didn't realise the measurement was in cm and I got curtains which were 70cm x70 cm . So disappointed since I paid £45 for that, seriously I thought at least you could have phoned to at least double check considering the measurements. I gave them to charity hopefully someone will use them for their caravan or something since I can't. So disappointed as good as throwing£45 in the bin.”

“Very pleased with the quality ,bought 9 blinds ,very good service , there was a small problem with one of the blinds, I rang them up they arranged for it to be collected and sent us a new one . I would recomend this company for promt service and quality ,very happy.”

“Great quality curtains, superb service. My only slight criticism is due to the way the curtains were packaged for delivery meant they needed a lot of ironing before they could be hung. I'm very glad my curtains were no larger!!!”

“Five pairs of different sized soft cream velvet curtains were received within 10 days- how do they do it?! The curtains are absolutely beautiful. The leaflet with them stated that they may need ironing - but they didn't. They are well made, a lovely soft quality velvet with plenty of gather. The website was so very easy to use with an instant calculator. Well done. I would certainly recommend and will use again.”

“We initially ordered samples, quick and easy to do online and delivery was very fast. ordering online is very easy and they have a good selection. Delivery was good and the curtains arrived in perfect condition with easy to follow instructions. The curtains look very good up. Only one thing is that on one of the curtains the length is not even, on the one side the curtain is slightly longer so once hung the one side does touch the ground but other than that the curtains are very good and well made.”

“I have bought from Curtains 2 go twice and found that the service is excellent. The website when browsing is clear and very easy to use. I am very satisfied with the curtains that I have bought I even had the sample of the curtains in the post very quickly.
