“Sample materials were despatched and received within 24 hours. Ordered curtains were made and delivered within 2 weeks and exactly as required. Package was well wrapped and in excellent condition upon receipt. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Curtains are overall nice, however a couple of points to note: Material not as heavy as I imagined. Not sure my free thermal lining has been included, the lining is standard cotton with nothing in between. The sides of the curtain are finished but the folded edge is not sewn the entire length (just odd stitches placed along the side) Curtain hooks supplied are terrible & stick out the top of the curtain no matter how adjusted.”

“Quality beat expectation for the price. Was kept fully informed of delivery timing which was met. Included adjustable heading hooks nice surprise. I had a few probs on the Internet site when ordering and I am sure my stupidity but easy to speak to adviser who guided me through. Excellent”

“I sent for samples and they came by return of post. Ordered my madd to measure curtains and was kept in touch of the progress. Thank you. Curtains are lovely. Ver well made”

“My curtains are lovely quality and drop is perfect however once the pencil pleats are tightened there isn't enough width so the pleats have to be loose which doesn't have the same effect! You should be able to draw one curtain all the way across which determines the correct width when both curtains are pulled together. Curtains to go have been quite stingey with the material. Also the hooks that were sent to hang the curtains didn't work and even if they had there wasn't enough of them.”

“The quality of the curtains I ordered were very good. They are well made, the material (velvet) is really lovely and their customer service is excellent. The curtains arrived within the agreed time scale and I was kept up to date with the progress. I received the curtains within 24 hours of being notified they had been dispatched. I would certainly use Curtains2go again.”
