“I would like to make a complain how is bad their service, I have place an order on 11th April, delivery must be done by 17th April, but the courier didn't have the door number, either no information was given or sent to the customer for an update. I did try to call to customer service, the customer service was poor, they did promise to deliver on Monday but the courier wasn't able to deliver. I try to call again to talk to manager or superviser but no one gave me a call or wasn't able to talk. Therefore, I lost my clients and trust in front of my clients. The service is bad, customer service is horrible.”

“Curtains exactly as expected thanks (in part) to the sample service which is brilliantly quick and efficient. One star lost due to lack of information given on telephone enquiry about a fabric I was considering, later resolved by an email enquiry. Overall experience good, and would recommend Curtains 2Go.”
