“Total SCAM! save ur money! their products DONT WORK, customer service non-existent. Site says 60 days money back guarantee on ALL devices! Never returned my money, made me pay for return shipping and sent me back the device that doesn't work! SCAMERS!!!!”

“I have returned my device for the second time for the same reason. The device broke with the whole device connected and not turning on. I decided to ask for a refund because I decided it was not worth going through the same process again. I just received an email saying because the device is over 6 months old I can not get a refund. I did not see any writing when I returned this mask requesting a refund. I do not wish to have a store credit. I would like my money back please. I am unsatisfied with the customer service. I went through trouble and paid money to return this faulty device in the mail.”
