“We continue to use CupsDirect as our first go to for consumables for our cafe. As a small business we appreciate the competitive pricing on most of the products we source from them. A recent enquiry regarding a minor issue was dealt with professionally and with much courtesy; customer service is exemplary and much appreciated. Shipping is always fast and products arrive safely. While minimum order for shipping is on the higher side, the alternative cost for shipping is reasonable if we are in more of a hurry.”

“Super products, always available, always cheaper than any other supplier in the UK, arrive promptly, free delivery over a certain order value, loyalty reward points give discounts, customer care online and over the phone is good too - couldn't ask for more! :-)”
