The cups were left outside in the pouring rain in spite of instructions to leave the delivery in the shed!

Good quality items at reasonable rates. Could do with having a sample items to save me buying a whole box of something that isn't any good.

This review is only marked down due to your chosen deliverer, however sadly you carry the vacarious liability for using them. The product was supplied by you very quick indeed and with the delivere APC shortly after order, I arrange for it to be delivered on 4th July. That didnt happen and i received a message saying the delivery had failed, for reasons I can evidence if needed I truly dont think the driver even attended my property. I re arranged for 5th, that didnt happen, the e amils and calls continued and it was re arranged for Monday 8th, that didnt happen, it hadnt even been placed on the van. I was told 9th it would arrive, that didnt happen and again i was told it hadnt made the delivery van again so we arranged today 10th, i felt so concerned that I made a point of e mailing shortly after 7am this morning to make sure it was on the van and i was assured it was. It arrived at 11.45 this morning. What your company did was great but I do think APC needs a little kick up the backside. to put it into context I made a different order 30 minutes after this one and DPD delivered it the following day with no issues, incidentally the day APC registered a failed delivery. It isnt best practice for your business.

I was disappointed to read about your negative experience with APC for your delivery. This isn't something we hear of happening very often so I do apologise. As discussed yesterday this information has been forwarded on to the courier. We are always here to assist If delivery issues do occur so please do not hesitate to get in direct contact with us straight away in future as we are more than happy to speak with our couriers to resolve any problems for you and ensure your items arrive promptly and that you are kept up to date accurately on your delivery. The service and speed of delivery are really great. However the film front bags are not so good. With only 50 per cent useable, as when you put the product inside the bags the seals become unstuck. Obviously manufactoring fault. It doesn't hapoen with all, mainly br ode nos. 050368901974. Po no. 4500227263

Nice people to deal with. Although amongst the cups sent were quite a few broken ones. Probably a packing issue with many of them split and too tightly stacked. Cups Direct were extremely helpful up to a point, but when it happened another time they didn't really want to know saying that no other customer had the problem. Think we'll have to send photographic evidence directly to the manufacturer as holes and splits occurred again this weekend while we were trying to serve.

CupsDirect services is great but let down by your courier company - rude and lazy delivery driver left 12 big boxes at the entrance of a busy restaurant.

Some of the styles of boxes I ordered were ok (the white ones). Most were pretty flimsy and thin. Not overly impressed with quality.

Thank you for your feedback, Sorry you are not happy with some of the Kraft ranges. We have new cake box and bakery ranges coming in the new year which would hopefully work better for the Bakery sector.. The fast food kraft range is a lighter weight material, supplied at a competitive price.
