“No customer service For deal”

“Cups as described ordered from them a few times no problem. My last order arrived in two park & my second order was just left outside no card nothing so was missed and stollen. Email to fund out what had happened as I just assumed it had t been delivered, Received an email with the currier's photo of the parcel delivered, replied that it's been stolen no response. Surely if left & stolen item is the responsibility of the sender?? Even an apology would of been nice but nothing”
