ORDER was not recieved in time and COST me £30 to pay for UBER delivery. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I like the service, really good. The issue you having is that you say you will deliver one day and the delivery shows up on a different day. As a result of this, my parcel was delivered out of the delivery window given by you and the parcel was stolen twice. You resend the delivery. I will suggest if you say you deliver on (Wednesday) keep it like that. Otherwise, I don't understand why your system sends this information. Other than that amazing.

Hi Aaron West, Sorry to hear about this. Goods only leave our premises in perfect condition so the damage must of occurred during transit to you. Ordered 10 oz cups and got sent 12oz. Same happen with our last order. Email them a week ago and got no response.

Hi Gorden, thank you for feedback apologies for the delay in response to you email over the Easter Bank Holiday closure. As discussed directly there has not been a picking error on this occasion and you received the correct product. The issue we is with our online product descriptions; this product is quoted as the "Ideal Fill Volume" on the website and the factory has printed on the carton the "Brimful" measurement. Normally we always work with ideal fill volumes for coffee cups [rather than a brimful] Based on this feedback [as well as others customers] We have now updated the variant size description as 12oz Squat. We are also working with the factory to improve the outer carton packaging. Hopefully this helps, All the best. CupsDirect.

I had paid for next day delivery, these cups were for a specific event at my bar. They arrived 2 days after the event had taken place. DPD the delivery service wee atrocious to deal with. I was texted on the day I received the cups stating that again they wouldn’t arrive only when I emailed customer services demanding a refund did I then get a response saying they would be delivered. Complete and utter waste of my time and money.

Hi Benjamin, I am sorry to hear about the negative experience, and that your event deadline was missed. Your order was packed and shipped the same day - however the Midlothian DPD depot has run into problems during Christmas with the Royal mail strikes, weather conditions, volume of freight causing delays. We do have notices on CupsDirect about this as it is affecting everyone. Our notes show our communication with you on the 15th December but unfortunately your goods didn’t arrive until late on the 17th – taking 4 days to receive your delivery. Apologies again. Terrible delivery service. Last 3 orders were all late I paid £25 for next day delivery on one order and it came 3 days later
