“Used them at the last minute as didn't have time to go to the local supplier, ordered and spoke to a staff member who was very helpful and explained I needed them to be delivered the next day which he sorted without any fuss at all, first class service and very very competitive prices, would use again tomorrow.”

“Great customer service. Man on the phone was really helpful. Only disappointment is they discontinued lids for the cups I bough a while ago. Which is a shame as I have a few sleeves left which will unfortunately got to waste.”

“We are a small food company and have been using cupsdirect ever since we started. The prices were fair and everything about the platform and the product have been great and easy to use. Although I have had a lot of issues with the third party courier APC Overnight. The response from the cupsdirect team have been quick and sincere, and offered a very acceptable solution going forward. Would highly recommend!”
