“Quick delivery, only slight issue was the courier (a regular) assumed they were for the Catering Dept and delivered them there instead of to the main reception, soon tracked down and taken to the correct place.”

“Deliveries comes at random. I get deliveries from different suppliers using same delivery company, and always get email and message advising with delivery window. Never get one when CupsDirect sending. Cup/lid quality not bad, but way too many rejects in every box.”

Thank you for your feedback, Sorry you are not happy with some of the Kraft ranges. We have new cake box and bakery ranges coming in the new year which would hopefully work better for the Bakery sector.. The fast food kraft range is a lighter weight material, supplied at a competitive price.
