“Always been more than satisfied with this company. However this time I have been told on the phone that you will not stock 6oz hot cup lids as they are an unusual size! They are the most popular size in every Artisan coffee shop in the country. Surely your staff are misinformed?”

“Package not yet received. Was due for delivery 15th December Customer service from both Andy and Will was excellent. Called me to keep me updated with progress of my package and issued a partial refund.”

“Deliveries comes at random. I get deliveries from different suppliers using same delivery company, and always get email and message advising with delivery window. Never get one when CupsDirect sending. Cup/lid quality not bad, but way too many rejects in every box.”
