“I ordered sip lid cups that flip over they are the best not as cheap as other but you get a great lid that your customers like and reuse through out the day 5***** l buy all the time they give you an edge that others do not have All to buy Michael Flynn”

“Cups as described ordered from them a few times no problem. My last order arrived in two park & my second order was just left outside no card nothing so was missed and stollen. Email to fund out what had happened as I just assumed it had t been delivered, Received an email with the currier's photo of the parcel delivered, replied that it's been stolen no response. Surely if left & stolen item is the responsibility of the sender?? Even an apology would of been nice but nothing”

“I like the service, really good. The issue you having is that you say you will deliver one day and the delivery shows up on a different day. As a result of this, my parcel was delivered out of the delivery window given by you and the parcel was stolen twice. You resend the delivery. I will suggest if you say you deliver on (Wednesday) keep it like that. Otherwise, I don't understand why your system sends this information. Other than that amazing.”

“I am always very pleased with the service from CupsDirect. Even when I run out of cups and call in a panic they always make sure I get my cups in time. One time when I did not get my delivery due to the drivers fault, they rang the delivery company and resolved the issue for me straight away. A great company and service and will always use CupsDirect ! I would highly recommend. Julie”
