“Love the cuckoo clock. Communication was excellent and the clock arrived on time and in good condition. They paid the import tax for us as it states they will if required.”

“I had some doubts about the offer to pay import duties, but went ahead with the purchase. All went very well, No trouble as far as cuckoo collections was concerne as pament was made within 10 minuits of me notifiying them. The only trouble was that the parcel seemed to get ahead of the notification of import duty payment. No fault of cuckoo colections, but at one point did cause some concerns. Cuckoo collections was very good indeed. Clock a big attraction in my house, and all well. Thank you.”
