“Great service, had trouble due to the service provider that I was using but the young man was ever so helpful and never gave up until he had resolved the issue, Was presently surprised with his level of professionalism.”

“I had applied for my tourist card at the very last minute (and whilst that was a risky thing to do) I was delighted when my visa arrived promptly. I had previously called to follow up on the progress after applying online and the team were both attentive and proactive so I definitely recommend this service!”

“A very good service. We had an acknowledgement email after submitting our forms on 2 February 2020. On Thursday 6 February I received an email to say that our visas would be sent out on Friday 7 and we received them by first class post on Saturday 8 February. I was very impressed with the whole process. Thank you”

“Great service - ordered online on a Saturday then realised I had made a mistake on my application details. They responded immediately, even though it was the weekend, amended the details with no hassle and then the visa arrived shortly thereafter. Best Cuban visa service I've used (and I've used a lot!)”

“Was very quick to pick up on my visa not being perfectly correct and they emailed me straight away so I could get them to correct it. It came super fast through the post would highly recommend”

“What a fantastic quick and easy site to use. Visa took a week to arrive. I was kept in touch with, throughout the whole process. I made the mistake of applying for the same visa through a different website, sent a postal order for £39 before Christmas, never heard from them again. Grrrr”
