“Ordering the Cuban Tourist Card was very straight forward on the simple but informative web site The costs were competitive with other providers and the service was prompt at one week from completing the application and receiving the documentation We were kept informed by e mail throughout the process”

“Really impressed. Our travel agent had not made it explicitly clear that we needed to get the visas and we only found out a week before. Applied online immediately (Sunday) and received the visas on Tuesday morning- no fuss- superb”

“Easy to apply and efficient service Do not understand why Cuban embassy does not offer this service Actually cheaper and faster than applying through embassy which requires bank drafts and only accept postal service”

“We booked a very last minute flight to Cuba late on a Friday afternoon. We ordered our tourist cards on Friday evening, I was a bit worried, as we needed them by the following Wednesday at the latest. I assumed that they wouldn't pick up on this till Monday. I didn't need to worry at all, I received an email on Monday morning, they were in the post, tracking number attached. Tuesday morning, they arrived with Royal Mail, signed delivery. Cheaper than the Cuban Embassy website too. There are a lot of things on the news at the moment about sites that are charging to get your visas/tourist cards for a higher price unnecessarily. This does not seem to be one of those sites. Couldn't be happier with the service. We paid an addition £12 for the two cards to be sent priority. Very happy!”

“The process was simple and straightforward, the cost reasonable, and the service fast and efficient. I saw on their checking email that I had made a typo so I phoned and immediately spoke to someone who was really helpful and it was corrected within moments at no cost to me. Great service!”
