“Very reliable and reasonably priced service. I recommend you to check the spellings of each name when emailed the confirmation as the company allows 24 hrs for reviews and amendments, prior to submitting the applications. I mistyped the names As I used my mobile, not a good idea to deal with it when riding the bus! I mailed the office and their supervisor explained to me with a lot of compassion and patience that the only way forward will be to pay only the minimum charge and get the documents re-issued. I felt very silly and impatient, but he assured me that this time he will email me the forms first . It was my fault and I appreciated his gentleman approach. Thank you for not allowing me to turn a small bump in to a drama”
