“I did a lot of research before choosing Cubavisa.uk (as there are many with similar names so very confusing) and after having just returned from Cuba I can confirm that all went OK and you are paying a good price compared to the company that the Travel Agents recommend. They arrived within the stated time that I paid for and would recommend them for anyone wishing to purchase a Cuban Tourist card.”

“Very efficient, the visa's arrived within 3 or 4 days of applying but the charge relating to them was much more expensive than I was lead to believe. My travel company said it would be about £15 to £17 per visa plus postage. In the end the Bill came to £65 and nothing to show the price paid on the visa. Have I been ripped off?”

Dear Jeremy, thank you for your feedback. If you could kindly check with the Cuban Consulate, you will have a good comparison point. They do charge £39 GBP per person + postage, so in two tourist cards, you would have likely paid over 84 GBP for the same tourist cards on standard service which can take up to 1 month to deliver to you. We offered for 66 GBP, and we were sending them on Priority with quick processing and posting service. We hope that this clarifies your doubts.
