“Well I must admit I was a little bit dubious about getting my Tourist Card from here initially but on reading past reviews everything seemed to be well above board. Well all I can say is that I was not disappointed at all in the service I received in fact I was so impressed. Upon filling in the details and applying I received a confirmation email immediately and my Tourist Cards were delivered in a couple of days. Dear Ieuan, thank you for your feedback. However, in order to clarify, we did not force you to buy a tourist card online if you didn't need one. Looking into the history of your application, you replied immediately that everything was OK, we then sent issued and posted promptly. We fulfilled our duty as we do with each single application that comes to us. Once tourist cards are issued they cannot be refunded, however, you might keep them and use them for a future trip to Cuba. It is your responsibility to know if you need a tourist card before committing and applying through us. The 1-star review it is completely unfair since we comply in an efficient and prompt manner to the services that you requested. From the Cubavisa.uk team, thank you.
