“I was very dubious at doing the visa on line, but was pleasantly surprised how quick and simple it was to complete the form. It was £57 for the two of us and had it sent to us 2 days later and was kept informed throughout. Fantastic service 😊 Thanks Mr & Mrs Connolly”

“The service was quick and easy to use ..however I paid for next day delivery by royal post for 1pm delivery ..it turned up 5 days later ..grateful I wasn’t travelling within those 5 days”

Our team works hard to post documents asap and we are 100 % sure that this was the case, however, we do need Royal Mail to deliver these documents to you. Delays can happen and it is unfortunate as we would like this not to happen, but having time to receive documents is key at this present time. We work with Royal Mail as it is cost-efficient and generally post arrives as it should. When delays come to our attention, we do contact Royal Mail and follow up with them, straight away. “I realised on Friday at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon that we needed a tourist card to enter Cuba the following Monday! I called Cubavisa and a very pleasant man called Fabian answered. Fabian told me that he could create the tourist card straight away if i could collected from their offices at The Oval by 5.30pm. My partner set off to Cubavisa offices whilst I provided Fabian with our details. Fabian sent really clear instructions on how to reach their offices and had the cards ready when my partner arrived. The service was excellent and Fabian helped me whilst in a panic to ensure our details provided were 100% correct. Thank you Cubavisa, we will most certainly use you again when we return to Cuba.”
