“The process was easy to use and done quickly. However, I was not told that the Travel Card can only be used once. We are visiting Cuba for two days then sailing to the next port in Cuba. Because we leave one port and sail to the next, we are deemed to have left Cuba and our travel Card will be kept by Customs. On arrival at the next port of call we need another Travel Card. I had to go back to Cuba Visa and purchase another travel card. It would be helpful if we were informed of this bizarre arrangement.”

Unfortunately, the lack of information does not come from us; it is to do with your tour operator or cruise company. We have created a blog post explaining what we have found regarding your type of travel and have provided as much information as possible at https://www.cubavisa.uk/double-entry-cuban-tourist-card/. The cruise company has told us that they provide information and can process this for their customers (at a higher cost, we understand).
