“Excellent, superfast service. Much easier than applying through the Cuban Embassy. Simple online application form and online payment. Also no need for copies of passport or a trip to the post office for a postal order for payment as this is all the Embassy accepts at the moment! Ordered my visa at around 12 in the afternoon and received it in the post the following morning. Excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“I was a bit nervous about using this website for our Cuba Tourist card as you hear so many stories about dodgy websites, and I was advised to go through the Cuban Embassy in London but that seemed like hard work. However, the online application was quick and easy, I paid the extra for special delivery and our Tourist card turned up after 5 working days.”

“Very impressed with the service. I applied for the visas on 16th October, they were issued on 20th and I received them using the standard Royal Mail post option by 22nd! I was dubious about using the service because it wasn't through the UK Gov recommended route. of the Cuban Consulate. That route seemed outdated and required a handwritten application with payment by postal order or bankers draft only, it was also more expensive. Usually when something seems too good to be true you get caught out. Certainly not in this case, brilliant service, easy online application process, and only £25 as appose to £39 though the official route. A no brainer, thank you very much.”
