“Genuinely outstanding service. I completed the application making an error, I emailed them, which they responded to immediately (on a Sunday afternoon), the correct visas arrived 3 days later via Royal Mail special delivery. Outstanding service.”

“very efficient and helpful ,kept me informed about when i would receive my visitors card and it came when they said it would , also corrected a mistake i made with no extra charge ,i am so impressed with this site the whole experience was simple and professional with the human touch cant rate this highly enough”

“Excellent, superfast service. Much easier than applying through the Cuban Embassy. Simple online application form and online payment. Also no need for copies of passport or a trip to the post office for a postal order for payment as this is all the Embassy accepts at the moment! Ordered my visa at around 12 in the afternoon and received it in the post the following morning. Excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“I was a bit nervous about using this website for our Cuba Tourist card as you hear so many stories about dodgy websites, and I was advised to go through the Cuban Embassy in London but that seemed like hard work. However, the online application was quick and easy, I paid the extra for special delivery and our Tourist card turned up after 5 working days.”

“Given Advice Not to buy from anyone other then Cuban Embassy by TUI. Checked this company out and looked good with very good reviews. Ordered two and paid a few £’s for quick delivery and they arrived in very good time 2 days when ordered after 3pm. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately my partner on completing online form made a few mistakes. When I later checked and realised the errors I emailed admin team and gave the correct information this was updated very quickly by the team. Our Visas were received very quickly and we are ready for visiting Cuba. Thank You”

“I applied for the visa last Sunday and realised I had entered the wrong date, I emailed straight away, and received an email to say this had been amended. The visas were received by me on Tuesday. A very efficient service.”
