“Excellent service, very prompt and the process is made clear on the web site. The Visa card itself could be improved by the Cuban authorities to say a valid till date as our holiday got cancelled due to lockdown but we only read on cubavisa.uk site that it is valid till 31/12/21. Can’t fault the professional service of Cubavisa.uk”

The format on the tourist cards was changed by the Cuban authorities taking out the issue date so that you can use them for a future trip. So, you do not lose its value and can travel in the future. “Very easy to apply , tourist cards delivered the next day . Pity I can’t use them , holiday just been cancelled”

“After being unsure who to buy my tourist cards from I decided on Cuba visa.uk.what a wise decision that was.Firstly I phoned for advice and they could not have been more helpful and professional I then applied on line for the visas it was easy and quick to do and Cuba visa did everything they promised the visas arrived two days later.I would thoroughly recommend cubavisa.uk.”

“Ordered visa's at 2pm and they were delivered next day by special delivery as we were booked to travel to Cuba in 6 days from applying. [ Our holiday to DR had been cancelled due to Covid 19 ] We were booked to travel to Cuba, on the 6th of November 2020, as they were one of the few places you could fly from out of the UK. Alas the lockdown came into force and this holiday is also cancelled. The good thing is, the Visa can be used up until December 2021. You will not go wrong using Cubavisa.uk. I hope this review helps people. Safe travels everyone. Roy”

“Excellent, superfast service. Much easier than applying through the Cuban Embassy. Simple online application form and online payment. Also no need for copies of passport or a trip to the post office for a postal order for payment as this is all the Embassy accepts at the moment! Ordered my visa at around 12 in the afternoon and received it in the post the following morning. Excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“I was a bit nervous about using this website for our Cuba Tourist card as you hear so many stories about dodgy websites, and I was advised to go through the Cuban Embassy in London but that seemed like hard work. However, the online application was quick and easy, I paid the extra for special delivery and our Tourist card turned up after 5 working days.”
