“Excellent and genuine website. I have used it many times. Straight forward to apply. You are contacted when your visa is issued and informed when it will be delivered. Visa is received within 2 days of online application.”

“Although I made an error on the form and sent it with payment (wrong DOB) phoned the next day and they corrected my error with no fuss (or extra charge) very good service from their receptionist”

“Very impressed! Easy online ordering form, easy payment and excellent service. Visas were delivered to home address within 4 days of application and cost less than doing a postal application with the Cuban embassy. Would highly recommend! :)”

“As part of our world trip we have had to arrange quite a number of different visas. Of all the visas we have arranged the one purchased via Cubavisa was by far the easiest. The whole process was stress free and they are a very efficient organisation to deal with. I would highly recommend their services should you be planning a trip to Cuba”

“I have just returned from a family holiday to Cuba which we booked without knowing that travel card visas are needed. When we found out, we panicked because we only had four days before our flight and the Cuban embassy did not seem to be able to respond in time. So we found Cubavisa.uk online and they were a godsend. Our travel cards arrived the very next day by Royal Mail express delivery, to our great relief. They were cheaper too! So, I can honestly say that our experience has been a happy one. And also that Cuba is absolutely wonderful!”

“Cubavisa provided an excellent, fast service. I was very pleased with the cost of the Cuba Tourist Card. It was so much cheaper than using the company recommended by the tour operator. I would definitely use them again. I cannot speak too highly about the company”
