“After an issue with my original postal application to the embassy I turned to Cubavisa.uk and they were able to deliver the very next day. The confirmation email prompted me to double check details which identified I had made a mistake, I called up and this error was corrected. Great service.”

“After reviewing a number of visa sites online, Cubavisa were the obvious choice. An easy to navigate, easy to follow application process. A quick call to the office after a minor complication and my visa was with me in a few business days. This won’t be the last time I use Cubavisa as part of my travel to Havana. Thank you”

“TUI were of no help whatsoever ,including their Web page. Found this site and read a review saying similar. Cubavisa's site is very easy to use and our tourist cards arrived within a week. Excellent.”

“Excellent service ! Rapid and simple. For some reason I was convinced french citizens didnt need a visa for holidays in Cuba. Double checked 3 days before my flight; found Cubavisa.uk after a quick google search. 5min later I had filled in the online form, and paid for the express delivery. The tourist card/visa arrived the day after! Super service, efficient and quick. Will use again for my next trip to Cuba. Thanks”
