“I spoke to two members of staff who were very helpful. My tourist card for Cuba arrived on the day that was specified. I was extremely pleased with the service and would use this organisation again.”

“Applied for visa but didn’t get email confirmation back so telephoned and spoke to a lovely helpful man who guided me to finding it as it had gone into the “trash” but wasn’t showing on my iPad so I couldn’t see it. Thank you. The visas arrived by post within a couple of days, perfect service, well done”
