Panicked on Sunday evening as the visa wasn't included in our flight when we thought it was (flying Weds morning) Applied online that night, rang monday & sent a fb message as was panicking, spoke with someone very helpful on fb and managed to change the delivery address too. Visa posted that day and arrived in Manchester by 11am using special delivery guaranteed! So relieved!! Cannot fault the service or customer service, replied straight away to my messages and even spoke with someone reassuring on the phone. Will be recommending you to EVERYONE who needs a Cuban visa THANK YOU!!!!”
