“Excellent service, simple and easy online form. Extremely fast from start to receiving at home. Not sure how prices are worked out for visas but I think this should be cheaper.”

“The service is rapid but I had to pay an extra £22 (total £37) because I requested the visa less than 15 days before my departure. I later discovered you can buy the visa at Gatwick airport the day of departure for just £15 if flying with Virgin airlines . I wasn`t happy at all ! Cubavisa had plenty of time to send the visa without asking for extra fees. I consider this to be a scam on their part”

Dear Paul, thank you for your feedback. Indeed you should check with your tour operator if you need to buy or not your tourist card, it's nothing to do with our service, which we believe you should be rating. If you apply by post with the Cuban Consulate whom we compare to, it will cost you 39 GBP plus postage PER PERSON; you will have to send your passports and document for them to be sent back to you. On this particular, the word Scam we believed it is a bit harsh, as we have provided the service and fulfilled what we said we would, more expensive perhaps, which we are not compared to similar service from the Cuban Consulate. We focus on value for money and efficiency. We appreciate your comments and your rating however and wish you the best of luck in your Cuba holiday. Cubavisa.uk team.

“Ordered the Visas on Sunday. They tried on the following Thursday. Fully printed and waiting to go. Slightly more expensive than other sites but good service with updates on the process and delivery..Would definitely recommend..”

“The website was fairly straight forward and made it easy to apply for the tourist visa, However, there was no feedback email stating that my visa application was being processed and neither was an email sent to say the visa has been dispatched. I consider these small issues but it would have kept me correctly informed where as it could have been a worry if the speed of delivery was an issue. Overall though a good service. Thank you”

Dear Nicholas, thank you for your feedback. We have check our email server and emails were sent to you. 1st email when you completed application online and 2nd email when postage took place. We do ask to check your emails on your home computer or online browser into your junk mail or spam folder, as It must be there, we do have a report from our email server saying that it did get to you. Alternatively, you can always call us if you needed help in this regard. We appreciate your feedback and please fill free to call us if you could not find your emails after this. “Information was easy to access. replies were very prompt. Visa arrived very quickly in post. Only didn't give top mark as the website told me there was a problem with payment by mycredit card when actually there wasn't.”

“Applied for two visas to visit cuba 8 or so weeks before travel. Process was seemless and visas arrive through the post with 5 or 6 days, would reccomend”
