“Very efficient and quick. The only 'anomaly' was that it recommended the premium delivery service if the application was less than 14 business days before the intended date of travel. Mine was 10 days away so I opted for the Express Service. However delivery, on this occasion, was so quick I had the Visa within 48 hours from applying. Albeit I live in London and at other times and places it might be different.”

“I have been using this site for our Visas since Thomas Cook stopped operating so a good few years. Great efficient service. I completed the on line form on 02/01/24 and received confirmation of posting via Royal Mail on 04/01/24 and the visas arrived on 05/01/24. Superb. Thank you.”

“What a great service! I provided the wrong delivery address and Royal Mail lost my visa letter. The Cuba Visa team was super friendly and helpful, followed up with Royal Mail and myself multiple times, and in the end issued another visa free of charge. Big thank you!!”
