“Great way to get your Cuban Tourist visa.. Saved me travelling to Cuban Embassy in London . Easy to fill in form from website.. Get a choice of postal class.. I choose 1st class signature, so was here within a week.. Great service 👌”

“Used Cubavisa.UK for the first time and found the website very easy to use with clear instructions. Confirmation of order and request to check details was swift and clear. The visa arrived within 5 working days of placing order. Initially apprehensive of placing first order with Cubavisa but having read online reviews I decided to give them a go. Have to say very impressed with service and would recommend. One small point if you are in the UK ensure you select standard delivery and not Priority as you are charged slightly more and you still get a tracked service. I selected in error and not possible to change.”

Dear Simon, Thank you so much for your feedback and Review. We have two types of service, Standard which takes about seven days to be delivered and Priority, which has a same-day process and posting if apply before 3 PM Monday to Friday. Our Standard service has Royal Mail 1st Class Postage included; however we do recommend using Special Delivery, which is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. Having Special Delivery (or Priority which provides for a special delivery) is safer, as if there are any issues with Royal Mail, we will handle the problem promptly for you. “The site recommended by our travel agent seemed expensive and complicated. So after researching online, I thought why not? .......Let’s try Cubavisa.uk, as they had a lot of very good write ups, and seemed a lot more simpler. The process was straightforward, quick and alsoa lot cheaper. I would definitely recommend/use Cubavisa.uk again.”

“Really impressed. Our travel agent had not made it explicitly clear that we needed to get the visas and we only found out a week before. Applied online immediately (Sunday) and received the visas on Tuesday morning- no fuss- superb”
