“A very good service. We had an acknowledgement email after submitting our forms on 2 February 2020. On Thursday 6 February I received an email to say that our visas would be sent out on Friday 7 and we received them by first class post on Saturday 8 February. I was very impressed with the whole process. Thank you”

“Great service - ordered online on a Saturday then realised I had made a mistake on my application details. They responded immediately, even though it was the weekend, amended the details with no hassle and then the visa arrived shortly thereafter. Best Cuban visa service I've used (and I've used a lot!)”

“Was very quick to pick up on my visa not being perfectly correct and they emailed me straight away so I could get them to correct it. It came super fast through the post would highly recommend”

“What a fantastic quick and easy site to use. Visa took a week to arrive. I was kept in touch with, throughout the whole process. I made the mistake of applying for the same visa through a different website, sent a postal order for £39 before Christmas, never heard from them again. Grrrr”

“Used Cubavisa.UK for the first time and found the website very easy to use with clear instructions. Confirmation of order and request to check details was swift and clear. The visa arrived within 5 working days of placing order. Initially apprehensive of placing first order with Cubavisa but having read online reviews I decided to give them a go. Have to say very impressed with service and would recommend. One small point if you are in the UK ensure you select standard delivery and not Priority as you are charged slightly more and you still get a tracked service. I selected in error and not possible to change.”

We have two types of service, Standard which takes about seven days to be delivered and Priority, which has a same-day process and posting if apply before 3 PM Monday to Friday. Our Standard service has Royal Mail 1st Class Postage included; however we do recommend using Special Delivery, which is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. Having Special Delivery (or Priority which provides for a special delivery) is safer, as if there are any issues with Royal Mail, we will handle the problem promptly for you.
