“Wow! Amazingly fast and professional service. I naively booked a holiday to Cuba at short notice, without realising that a visa from the Cuban Consulate could take 10 days! I found these guys online, who were truly fantastic - from initial phone call, to online application, to delivery of Tourist Cards all in 24 hours!! Cannot speak highly enough.”

“A simple to complete form and documents received within 4 days. Excellent service. Additionally experiencing slight problems, absolutely, nothing to do with Cubavisa, they followed up to ensure that we were entirely satisfied, something they didn't need to do, already having issued visas and received payment. Superb customer service.”

“Whilst the website itself could be spruced up to a more modern look, the visa application form is actually straight forward and fast to fill in online. I received email confirmation of my application instantly. But mostly I was surprised that my visa was delivered within 2 days of my application! Would very much recommend, based on my experience.”
