“Great price for the course and the systems were ok. Courses weren’t marked in tbe 3 days as advertised. The feedback given helped me pass this but it was impossible to try to get an appointment to speak to an Assessor.”

“Well organized but the assessment review time is not what it was explained. All the assessments were revised in 7 days, when it should be 3/5 according with the initial information.”
We aim for 3 working days for grading. Sorry if we didn't complete this quick enough for you on this occasion, we are working hard to get a high number of submissions graded and returned particularly during school holidays when submission numbers have been extremely high.
