“Always apprehensive about online training, this one is great. The setup is easy to use, the materials provided is excellent and the support is there (I managed with just the feedback from my submissions but I know that if I needed extra support it was there). Thank you so much to Chris for the feedback and helping me to improve myself. Only slight criticism was sometimes the grading seemed to take a while but I completely understand that sometimes there can be a backlog. I am seriously tempted to take the level 5 with this company they were that good.”

“I had a really good experience with gaining my qualification through CTC. I had a good introduction meeting via a zoom type platform. All the information was available through several access points including Moodle. Good reading list which was accessible. The information provided on each unit was insightful and relevant. I was able to complete in my own time around my full time work life. I wasn’t pressured in any way. I received constructive feedback on work units which were returned in a reasonable amount of time. I joined the Facebook group- which, though people complain a lot about all sorts of things, I found very helpful and a good place to ask other questions of my peers but also to help others where I could.
I received my certificate within days of completion. Overall, great and would use again.”
