“For my first training qualification gained utilising CTC, I was surprised at the positive and simplistic direction of the learner dashboard.
The inclusion of templates and examples were great and assisted me enormously whilst completing the Level 3 CAVA qualification.
My tutor Craig was fully supportive and took time to explain in great detail, whenever I required clarity on the provision of exactly what portfolio evidence was required for each unit.
I would highly recommend CTC as a learning platform to anyone considering further enhancing their learning and qualifications in their chosen field.
A thoroughly enjoyable course and I will be back to complete my IQA qualification in the near future.
My only criticism is the lack of option to choose an E-certificate and/or a paper one. I would have been willing to pay the additional fee for an actual certificate to be sent, should the option have been available.

“There was no actual training to be fair but the joining statement gives all the details of where to reference from and which books to purchase for learning. Feed back from my particular Assessor could have been better as to what extra details were required for answers. However, the right results have been obtained and I look forward at some point to taking level 4.”

“My payment was due, I assumed it was the 23rd not the 22nd, however, I had no reminder.
The payment as its coming from an account that I don't use often I need to put money in , in advanced.
So it didn't go out but i had no chance to pay the same day, which I could and so it would not even be a day late, They still removed my course, Yes
the payment was due today but its not even a day late and i'm ready with my card , now having transferred money to the account i'm using for this.
I'm so cross as they have not even given me a day to pay it, yet there is no way of paying it online.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review and sorry you have felt disappointed in the system we have in place for payments. We completely understand why you might have missed this payment if this wasn't a card that you normally use.
Just to make you aware, none of your course progress will be lost at all so it's not the case you would have to start again. You will be able to regain access to your course as soon as the payment is made/taken from your account.
I understand that on this occasion you found this system frustrating however this is unfortunately what we have had to put in place to ensure that when we offer instalment payments for the courses these are still taken during the course duration. Otherwise, as you can imagine, this can leave us carrying out services that have not been fully paid for.
If you give us a call on 0800 031 8503 or email us on support@ctccourses.org we'll get that sorted for you straight away and get you back in your course account.

“The level 3 TQUK for teaching was by far the most boring and frustrating course I have ever completed
The work was reading boring out dated PDF articles and watching videos that had terrible sound and then write assignments on what you read.
Nothing what so ever to do with teaching.
We are told that we need to show variety in our teaching methods, assessments methods, evaluations on every single thing yet the course itself is the same thing over and over again.

Tedious, repetitive and boring.
All I leant is that I do not want to go into teaching or do any further qualifications in that field.

Through the thousands of learners we have put through this course, we have found those who engaged with our full offering of support offering including our unit workshops and direct support via teams, tend to get the most from the course instead of trying to obtain the minimum to pass. “My experience with CTC was great!
I did my course level 3 (PTLLS) a while back now(2019). I can honestly say I received the course content promptly and Chris was a great support and responded quickly to questions I had. I had never done an online course prior to this so I was a little apprehensive.
The course was straightforward to follow if you put the effort in. Submitting work was easy to do, feedback was usually very quick. I completed my course so quickly within 3 months and I was also working full time as cabin crew.
I would have no hesitation doing another course through CTC, it’s great value for money and the team were supportive. In short it did what it said on the can!”
