The teaching methods were very user friendly, plenty of resources offered throughout the course, and the tutors were very responsive, and offered very good guidance whenever needed. My tutor Kelly was amazing, and she was a great support towards the end of my course, giving me guidance throughout. I cannot thank her enough! “Provided training was brilliant - reading material and the explanatory videos covered all the topics and it was possible to answer all the questions even with the first submission of the assignment. Even if you had to resubmit Angela was giving on point explanations what is missing so it was a great learning experience for me. Now I understand as well the legal side of things.”

“I started my training with CTC at the beginning of the year and was initially impressed by the prompt communication and support from my tutor. However, after a few months, the communication abruptly stopped. The most disappointing part was the customer service experience. When I reached out to request an extension due to my breast cancer diagnosis, I received a response that merely included a payment link, with no acknowledgement of my situation. Even after following up, there was no further response. This lack of empathy and engagement was truly disappointing and has overshadowed my entire experience.”
