The service that I received from the agent (Christy) was good, but overall I wasn't impressed with the service from Crystal Travel. I went through the whole booking process, including entering credit card details and was then declined. When I called Crystal Travel, the airline was then contacted and I was told that one of the legs of my flight was full. I could rebook the same flights for nearly double the price. Whilst on the phone to Crystal I tried to book a different flight (found on Kayak, which took me through to Crystal). The site allowed me to book that flight too, which again was rejected for the same reason. Christy helped me get a flight, and I did book with Crystal because of the service from this agent, but I would be nervous to go through Crystal as it appears the connection to the airlines is not as good as I'd expect, as I'd expect to have the flight rejected when selected and not after payment attempt.

Everything went fine, Lisa was very friendly. Although I wish I’d had my time and the other countries time next to it in my ETicket.

I contacted the company several times by phone and eventually settled for a particular flight. The advice and information were good and delivered very politely and efficiently. An email was then sent to for me to check the details. Unfortunately my surname and first name were reversed despite having been given by me correctly. This required the representative to repeat the booking but in that 10 minutes or so the price had increased by £120. She apologised profusely but to get the same price as first offered I had to travel the next day. An honest mistake but really annoying. All e-tickets and other documents delivered in a timely fashion by email
