“Overall, pretty easy to deal with, there was a slight problem trying to transfer me to the right department, as my first booking was declined and by the time they rebooked me the price went up but as I said, overall quite Good.”

“Christopher was great to deal with the matter. As I am also in the tourism and hospitality business at a mangement level and can say that He is a true, genuine person to represent your business. I am not going to name it but my experience with the other colleague wasnt acceptable at all. She definitely need more trainings on explaining the packages and policies. Ability to respond to difficult questions was also observant. Thank you Chris for sorting it out.”
