“I HAVE BOOKED TICKETS MANY TIMES WITH CRYSTAL TRAVEL AND ALWAYS WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. “Because of some confusion with confirmation of flight details, my initial impression of Crystal Travel was not good. However, I have to say that the outstanding efforts of Lisa in resolving the issue altered my view, raising my assessment of the company from Very Poor to Good. She is to be commended on her excellent performance”

“I had a problem with my booking confirmation upon paying for my flight tickets but Christopher Smith from Crystal Travel called me immediately and rectified the problem quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and polite. Happy with the service I have received today.”

“Although the original flight we tried to book was unavailable Christy made every effort to obtain the same flight but on a different date. During the booking experience she was very helpful and understood our requirements without to much explaining. Christy went the extra mile to ensure we got flights we were happy with. Overall an effective result with a committed representative of Crystal Travel.”

“It was my first time booking through Crystal Travel and I recommend anybody to do it through them! Philip, the travel agent that helped me book my flight to Seoul was extremely accommodating, reliable and helpful (and really pulled all the strings) even when I had problems with my booking! I will definitely book through them again in my next holidays to come! Thank you so much and hope to book through you guys soon!”
